New kitchen servicing up to 80 customers per day, breakfast, lunch and Dinner
Project requirements:
Customer was looking for a long term kitchen solution for a high profile health retreat, new facility / extensions, increasing amount of customers staying at the retreat.
Their requirements were the floors must be:
- Food grade
- Easy to clean
- Aesthetically pleasing
- Functional
Sika solution:
Sikafloor® PurCem® HB-22 system was most suitable for this project and was therefore recommended. The system consists of polyurethane/cement technology and is part of the Sikafloor® PurCem® system range. The Sikafloor® PurCem® HB-22 system is especially designed for areas exposed to harsh conditions.
It is designed to withstand chemical attack, high impact and can be used in wet and dry processing plants.
The system consists of a highly durable polyurethane/cement body coat, broadcast with aggregates for increase slip resistance and sealed with a pigmented top coat making the system easy to maintain.
