Sikadur®-20 Crack Seal

SEMI ELASTIC EPOXY RESIN FOR SEALING OF CRACKS

Sikadur®-20 Crack Seal is a solvent-free, 2-component low viscosity semi elastic liquid, based on epoxy resins. Sikadur®-20 Crack Seal is designed for sealing of non-structural cracks and cavities in concrete.

Usage

Sikadur®-20 Crack Seal can be used to fill and seal non-structural cracks and cavities in structural concrete such as:
  • Concrete decks
  • Balconies
  • Concrete roof structures
  • Concrete driveways
  • Wet areas
  • Swimming pools
  • Tile joint repairs

Application steps

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

Grind the face of the crack open to a maximum of 10mm and thoroughly clean the prepared area so it is free of dust and debris. Sikadur®-20 Crack Seal can be applied on a damp surface but there must be no free standing water.

 

MIXING

Slowly shake each component seperately before mixing the two components together. Empty all of Component A and Component B into the applicator bottle and invert the bottle 15-20 times slowly until the product is uniformly mixed.

If the entire kit is not required, equal parts of Component A and Component B (1:1 ratio) can also be mixed.
