A 5kg bag with cover approximately 2.5m² at 1mm of thickness (dependant of mix consistency and substrate flatness).

• Surfaces, must be dry, structurally sound, clean, free of dust,dirt, wax, oil, grease, asphalt, mastic, latex compounds, adhesives, paint, gypsum-based products and other contaminants
• All concrete sub-floors must be fully cured and dry, in accordance with AS1884-2021 (maximum moisture content 5.5% or 75% humidity)
• Non-porous concrete must be mechanically abraded/prepared
• Deeply contaminated substrates must be abraded to a clean, sound surface
• New concrete must be six weeks old before covering
• Any construction/expnsion joints in the underlying sub-floor should be carried through the LANKO® 189 Bulk Fill Screed, to avoid cracking.

1. Add 0.5 - 0.7 Litres of clean, cool, potable water into a mixing bucket
2. Slowly add the LANKO® 189 Bulk Fill Screed powder to the pail while stirring the mixture.
3. Mix mechanically using a drill and suitable paddle for approximately 2 minutes, then the formulation is ready to use.

• Concrete mixers or hand mixing is not suitable.
• Use 0.5 Litres for lower slump and 0.7 Litres for higher slump mixes.
• Do not add any additional water after initial mixing.

1.  Pour or work the mixed product onto the primed surface
2. Use an appropriate trowel to work product to the required height and level
3. Do not exceed 100mm in one application. If greater thickness is required allow to cure and reapply to required height Coating or Covering

• LANKO® 189 Bulk Fill Screed may be coated or covered 24 hours after installation (after 23°C and 50% relative humidity)

• After curing the surface may be treated the same as concrete

• Most floor covering suitable for application onto concrete may be used

• Always follow the floor covering manufacturer’s instructions

• Clean mixing and application equipment with water immediately following use prior to the material drying.
• Remove splatter or spills with water before material sets.
• LANKO® 189 Bulk Fill Screed contains cementitious materials and if allowed to dry, removal becomes extremely difficult to remove.
