SikaRoof® VersiScape Wall Spacer
SikaRoof® VersiScape Wall Spacer is an accessory to create a gap between the raised safety panel and the surrounding parapet wall. Wall spacers are manufactured from recycled polypropylene (PP), and it has a compressible buffer to accommodate the expansion and contraction of materials under thermal influence. SikaRoof® VersiScape Wall Spacer is used in conjunction with SikaRoof® VersiScape™ Panel and is installed between the panels and the finishes.

Storage conditions
Product must be stored in their original packing, and under cool and dry conditions. The product must be protected from direct sunlight, rain, snow and ice, and any other elements.

Application
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
Clean and sound surface shall have at least a wood float finish. All holes, joints, and cracks and honeycombs in concrete or masonry surfaces shall be filled with an approved grout and allowed to cure. High spots in concrete or masonry surfaces shall be cut off or ground down to prevent damage/puncture to the pedestal base.
APPLICATION
SikaRoof® VersiScape Wall Spacer shall be installed with SikaRoof® VersiScape™ Panels. SikaRoof® VersiScape Wall Spacer shall be placed on top of the corners of SikaRoof® VersiScape™ Panel, along the perimeter of the raised flooring installation before placing stone, concrete or porcelain pavers.
