- Drying times are approximate and at 23°C with 50% R.H. and thus will be affected by changing substrate and ambient conditions, particularly the temperature and relative humidity. Times should always be adjusted for atmospheric conditions.
- When coating Sikafloor® Level-30 (AU) with Sikafloor® epoxy or polyurethane a roughened profile surface must be achieved, along with the required moisture value for the coating product. (Refer to the coating product data sheet)
- Sealing or densifying with Sikafloor® CureHard-24 is applied on smooth and clean Sikafloor® Level-30 (AU) surface with no surface prep required. Note: Times are approximate and will be affected by changing substrate and ambient conditions, particularly temperature and relative humidity.

EQUIPMENT
▪ High speed heavy duty electric drill, mixing paddle & suitable size bucket/vessel - 20L +
▪ Purpose built mechanical pump
MIXING
- Not mixing for the recommended time or additional water may result in product finish irregularities and possible failure.
- Only mix Sikafloor® Level 30 (AU) in full bags and not part bags.
- Avoid mixing for less than the specified time for best results.
Single Bag Mixing
Mix the entire 20kg bag of powder with 3.9 - 4.1 Litres of clean, cool water. Slowly add powder to the water while mixing with a suitable electric drill and mixing paddle. Thoroughly mix at high speed for a minimum of 3 minutes to a lump free consistency.
Multi Bag Mixing Station
Pre-measure the correct amount of water for the number of bags being mixed. Add the water to the mixing station then slowly add the powder to the water while mixing. Ensure the product is thoroughly mixed for a minimum of 3 minutes from the last bag added to the mixing station.
Pumping:
Sikafloor® Level 30 may be applied by way of pumping device so long as mixing time is achieved. Pump suppliers should be consulted for suitable recommendations. Test areas are recommended prior to applying large spaces. Ensure pump machines are calibrated to avoid over watering of the mixture.
Extending:
5kg of clean 1 – 2mm aggregates may be mixed with 20kg of Sikafloor® Level 30. This volume will cover 1m² at 15mm or equal 15L of product.
Recommended build 10 – 50mm in one application. Reduce water to 4L if using aggregates for extending purpose.
APPLICATION
Pour or pump Sikafloor® Level 30 then spread with a long handled gauged rake, stand up trowel, screed bar to required thickness. For small touch-ups use a flat steel hand trowel. To help optimise colour consistency the use of a spike roller when first placed is advised.
Note: Freshly applied Sikafloor® Level 30 must be protected from damp, condensation and all forms of water while curing for at least 24 hours.
CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT
Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use.
