General
These Terms and Conditions govern the Sika Trackside Rewards Giveaway (Giveaway).
1. Information and Acceptance
1.1 Information issued by the Promoter regarding how to enter, prize details, winner selection and prize claim forms part of these Terms and Conditions. To the extent there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other information issued by the Promoter, these Terms and Conditions will prevail to the extent of any such inconsistency.
1.2 By entering into this Giveaway, You are deemed to have accepted, read and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promoter
2.1 The Promoter is Sika Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 12 001 342 329) of 122 Newton Road, Wetherill Park NSW 2164.3.
3. Eligibility
You may only enter this Giveaway if:
3.1 You are an individual residing in Australia;
3.2 You are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry and at the time of prize acceptance; and
3.3 You acknowledge and agree that the Promoter may request proof of Your age, identity and residency
3.4 Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and agencies associated with this Giveaway, and their immediate family members, are ineligible to enter.
4. Giveaway Period
4.1 The Giveaway commences at 9:00am (AEST) on 01 June 2026 and closes at 4:00pm (AEDT) on 13 November 2026 (Giveaway Period) as set out in the draw dates summarised under clause 8.3. 4.2 Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will be deemed null and void.
4.3 While the Adelaide race takes place on 26–29 November 2026, entries for that prize close at the end of the Giveaway Period so that the final draw can be conducted on 13 November 2026.
5. How to Enter
To enter, You must:
5.1 during the Giveaway Period, purchase any Sika products (either purchased online or in store) with a minimum value of $100 (including GST) in a single transaction;
5.2 keep the original proof of Your purchase (i.e. the receipt);
5.3 then visit sika.com.au/win, complete all required fields on the online entry form (Entry Form) and submit one entry in accordance with the website instructions.
By entering the Giveaway, You hereby acknowledge and agree that:
5.4 each valid qualifying purchase of $100 or more in any single transaction only equals one (1) entry;
5.5 subject to clause 5.6, multiple entries are permitted, however each entry must be supported by a separate and unique qualifying receipt in accordance with the terms of this clause 5;
5.6 a maximum of five (5) entries per person, for each selected race event draw (seven (7) to select from) is permitted during the Giveaway Period, totalling a maximum of thirty-five (35) overall entries per person; and
5.7 incomplete, indecipherable, illegible, late or otherwise invalid entries will be deemed null and void and You release the Promotor from any liability in respect of same to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5.8 As part of the Giveaway entry process, once entrants have filled in their personal information in all required fields of the Entry Form, the seven (7) race events will be listed (being the race events listed in clause 8.3) and the entrants must select one (1) specific race event from that list to be their nominated race event should they win. . Each valid entry will be allocated solely to the race event draw that the entrant has selected whilst filling in the Entry Form. Entries will not be automatically entered into, or carried forward to, any other race event draw. By way of example, if an entrant selects the Perth race as their nominated race event and that entrant is a winner, their winning race will be a Perth race.
6. Proof of Purchase
6.1 You must retain Your original proof of purchase for all entries submitted in the same condition in which You were provided Your proof of purchase. In any event, Your proof of purchase must remain legible and decipherable at all times.
6.2 The Promoter may require an entrant or winner to provide proof of purchase, proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency at any time during the Giveaway Period or prior to awarding a prize.
6.3 If You cannot provide proof of purchase that, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, validates Your entry, the relevant entry will be deemed invalid and any prize claim arising from that entry will be forfeited and You release the Promotor from any liability in respect of same to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Prize Details
7.1 There are a total of thirty-five (35) prize packages to be won, being five (5) prize packages for each nominated race event listed in clause 8. Each prize corresponds to, and will be awarded within, its respective race event draw only.
7.2 Each prize package includes: (a) two (2) General Admission tickets for the full race weekend; (b) paddock access for two (2) people; and (c) exclusive Sika and Team 18 merchandise.
7.3 Travel, accommodation, transfers, meals, spending money, insurance and all other ancillary costs are not included in any prize package and are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest/s and the Promoter is not liable for same.
7.4 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
7.5 If any prize element becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize element with another item of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable laws.
7.6 The total prize pool as at the date of these Terms and Conditions is valued at ~ $19,970.
8. Race Events and Draw Dates
8.1 Prize draws will be conducted at Sika Australia, 122 Newton Road, Wetherill Park NSW 2164 (Sika's Premises) or any other premises determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion (subject to state and territory regulations).
8.2 Each draw will occur approximately two (2) weeks prior to the relevant race event or as otherwise determined by the Promoter at its absolute discretion, (subject to state and territory regulations).
8.3 The race events and corresponding draw dates as at the date of these Terms and Conditions are as follows:
a) Townsville 500 – race dates 10 to 12 July 2026; draw date 26 June 2026.
b) Perth Super 440 – race dates 31 July to 2 August 2026; draw date 17 July 2026.
c) Ipswich Super 440 – race dates 21 to 23 August 2026; draw date 7 August 2026.
d) Bathurst 1000 – race dates 8 to 11 October 2026; draw date 25 September 2026.
e) Gold Coast 500 – race dates 23 to 25 October 2026; draw date 9 October 2026.
f) Sandown 500 – race dates 6 to 8 November 2026; draw date 23 October 2026.
g) Adelaide – race dates 26 to 29 November 2026; draw date 13 November 2026.
The draws will be carried out at 4pm on the relevant draw date(s) at Sika's Premises, subject to any relevant state and territory regulations applicable to the Promoter's operation of this Giveaway.
You acknowledge and agree that the Promotor reserves the right to change these draw dates at its discretion (subject to complying with all relevant state and territory regulations which may require the Promoter to obtain approval prior to making any such amendments). If such approval is obtained by the Promoter, the Promotor will seek to notify any existing entrants of such amendments by uploading these changes onto the Promoter’s website.
8.4 This Giveaway is conducted as a national promotion. Entry into each race event draw is open to eligible entrants residing in Australia as defined in clause 3.1, and entries are not segmented or limited by state or territory. If an entrant wins, they will receive the prize allocated for the specific race event that they have selected in their Entry Form as set out in clause 5.8 above. The prizes are not otherwise allocated or reserved by geographic region.
9. Winner Selection and Notification
By entering into the Giveaway, You acknowledge and agree that:
9.1 this Giveaway is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winners;
9.2 each winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries allocated to that specific race event draw (as set out in clause 8.3) in accordance to clause 5.8
9.3 winners will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the relevant draw
9.4 winners’ names may be published on the Promoter’s website and/or official social media channels; and
9.5 You are entering this Giveaway entirely at Your own risk and acknowledge and agree that You may not win any prize.
10. Prize Claim and Unclaimed Prizes
10.1 To claim a prize, a winner must respond to the Promoter and provide any information reasonably requested by the Promoter, including proof of purchase and proof of identity.
10.2 If a winner does not claim the prize or provide the required documentation within six days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw for that prize at 4pm at Sika's premises (noted at clause 8.1 above) on the redraw dates proposed below being one week following the original redraw dates (or such other dates determined by the Promoter at its discretion, subject to state and territory regulations) and You release the Promotor from any liability in respect of same:
a) Townsville 500 - redraw date 6 July 2026.
b) Perth Super 440 – redraw date 24 July 2026
c) Ipswich Super 440 – redraw date 14 August 2026.
d) Bathurst 1000 – redraw date 02 October 2026.
e) Gold Coast 500 – redraw date 16 October 2026.
f) Sandown 500 – redraw date 30 October 2026.
g) Adelaide – redraw date 20 November 2026.
10.3 If a winner or their guest is unable to attend the relevant race event or a prize remains unclaimed (even after the aforementioned redraws have taken place):
(a) the prize will be forfeited and no cash or alternative compensation will be provided, unless otherwise determined by the Promoter in its discretion, subject to state and territory regulations; or
(b) the Promoter may, subject to state and territory regulations, further redraw the Giveaway to the extent that the relevant race has not occurred and the prize can still be redeemed by an eligible entrant,
10.4 Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied except as set out in these Terms and Conditions (subject to state and territory regulations).
10.5 Given that the total value of the prize is over $250, the last name, initial of the first name and postcode of each winner must (except for any winner who has requested that their name and postcode not be published), be published within 30 days of the final drawing of the Giveaway on Sika's premises.
11. General Prize Conditions
11.1 Winners and their guests are solely responsible for making their own way to and from the relevant event at their own risk and for all costs involved with same.
11.2 Winners and guests must comply with all venue, ticketing and event entry conditions, including all age, conduct, safety and security requirements imposed by any applicable event organiser or venue operator.
11.3 If, for any reason, any aspect of a prize is delayed, postponed, cancelled or otherwise affected, the Promoter will not be liable for any resulting loss, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
12. Invalid, Late or Lost Entries
You hereby release the Promotor from any liability in respect of:
12.1 any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence due to error, omission, alteration, deletion, theft, destruction, communications failure or otherwise; and
12.2 any costs associated with accessing the promotional website or submitting an entry which is Your sole responsibility.
13. Promoter Rights
13.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or otherwise engages in conduct that is, or likely to be, in the Promoter's opinion, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, disruptive or unlawful.
13.2 The Promoter may remove or disregard any content or communication associated with the Giveaway that it, at its discretion, considers to be offensive, defamatory, inappropriate or contrary to law, (subject to state and territory regulations).
14. Cancellation, Variation or Interference
14.1 If for any reason this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right at its absolute
discretion, subject to any written directions of a relevant regulatory authority and state and territory regulations., to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway, or invalidate any affected entries.
14.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time, subject to any relevant state and territory regulations, and will notify You of any such amendments. In any event, the Promoter's latest terms in respect of the Giveaway will be available on the Promoter's website during the Giveaway Period.
15. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
15.1 the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly suffered in connection with this Giveaway or any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law; and
15.2 nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.
16. Privacy
By entering into this Giveaway, You acknowledge and agree that:
16.1 all entries become the property of the Promoter;
16.2 personal information (as that term is defined in the Privacy Act 198 (Cth)) collected from entrants will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Giveaway, contacting entrants and winners, administering prize fulfilment and as otherwise permitted by law;
16.3 the Promoter may disclose personal information to its contractors, agents, service providers and to relevant regulatory authorities as required for the purposes of conducting this Giveaway;
16.4 You hereby consent to being named on the Promotor's website and/or social media in the event You are a winner. If You do not consent to being named, You must immediately contact the Promoter and advise them of same; and
16.5 the Promoter handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
17. Publicity
17.1 By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity in connection with the Giveaway as requested by the Promoter, without any compensation payable by the Promoter to any entrant and/or winner, including the use of the winner’s name, image, likeness, suburb or state in promotional material, unless prohibited by law and/or unless You expressly object to same in writing to the Promoter.
18. Governing Conditions
18.1 All prize values are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
18.2 You acknowledge and agree that any determination by the Promoter in relation to any aspect of this Giveaway is final and binding, including without limitation, in respect of any dispute that may arise.
