Frequently asked questions
How many entries can I submit?
You can submit multiple entries, however each entry must be linked to a separate qualifying purchase. A maximum of five (5) entries per race event is permitted, up to a total of thirty-five (35) entries per person across all events.
How are winners selected?
Winners are selected by random electronic draw from all valid entries received for each individual race event. This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the outcome.
When and how will winners be notified?
Winners will be notified by contact details provided in above form within two (2) business days of the relevant draw date.
What happens if I don't claim my prize?
If a winner does not claim their prize or provide required documentation within the specified timeframe, the Promoter may conduct a redraw in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
What happens if I am unable to attend the selected race event?
If a winner or their guest is unable to attend, the prize may be forfeited with no cash alternative. Where permitted and if the event has not yet occurred, the Promoter may conduct a redraw in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
Are travel and accommodation included in the prize?
No, travel, accommodation and any additional expenses are not included and are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.
