Sikalastic®-100 EP Primer

Solvent free epoxy primer for use with Sikalastic® membrane systems

Sikalastic®-100 EP Primer is a two component, 100% solids epoxy primer designed for use with various Sikalastic® membrane systems. Sikalastic®-100 EP Primer is low viscosity and promotes substrate penetration to provide excellent adhesion in demanding applications.

Usage

Sikalastic®-100 EP Primer can be used in the following applications:
  • Primer for concrete substrates
  • Primer for cement screeds
  • Primer for epoxy screeds
  • Patching compound/mortar

Shelf life

Stored in original sealed containers within the temperature range of +5 to +35 degress C, this product will keep for a minimum of 3 years

Storage conditions

The packaging must be stored properly in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging, in dry conditions at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C.

Between 1:5 - 1:8 (mixed litre of Sikalastic®-100 EP Primer: kg of blended silica sand)
Application steps

MIXING

2:1 mix ratio (Part A: Part B) mixed for a minimum of 2 minutes

 

CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT

Clean all tools and application equipment with Thinner C immediately after use. Hardened and/or cured material can only be removed mechanically.
