Allow Davco® Sanitized Tile & Grout Sealer to dry for 24 hours prior to returning to service

Approximately 6-10m2/L (depending upon surface porosity and site conditions)

• Ensure grout joints and tile surfaces are thoroughly dry, clean, free from dirt, dust, grease, oil, wax and other contaminants.

1. Apply using a sponge, brush or spray gun.
2. Allow 5-10 minutes for the sealer to penetrate the surface, then wipe off excess with a damp sponge.
3. Allow the sealer to cure for 24 hours prior to returning the area to service.

• Note: If only sealing grout joints of porous ceramic or terracotta tiles, ensure clean up method is pre-tested. It may be necessary to mask the joints 

Excess Davco® Sanitized Tile & Grout Sealer and tools can be cleaned up with Mineral Turpentine while the product is still wet / prior to drying.
