SikaBond® PVA

Interior Exterior Wood Working Glue

SikaBond® PVA is a cross linked waterbased adhesive suitable for interior and exterior applications. It is an ideal adhesive for bonding a wide range of timber components including tongue and groove, solid timber, laminated flooring and most porous substrates. SikaBond® PVA forms a tough permanent bond and makes it ideal for use by trades, carpenters and DIY.

Usage

SikaBond® PVA may be used on most porous substrates due to its excellent adhesion, including

Shelf life

Twelve (12) months from its date of production

Storage conditions

The product must be stored in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging in dry conditions and out of direct sunlight at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C. Always refer to packaging. Refer to the current Safety Data Sheet for information on safe handling and storage.

Application steps

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

For optimum adhesion the substrates must be clean, dry, sound and free from oils, grease, dust, loose or friable particles. 

CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT

Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically. For cleaning skin use detergent and water.
