LANKO® 145 Floor Leveller

Unopened bags can be stored for up to 12 months in a cool, dry and weatherproof environment.

Bags must be stored off the floor in dry cool conditions out of direct sunlight.

Avoid sitting bags in direct sunlight prior to application.

3.5 - 3.8 litres of clean cool water per 20kg bag

20 minutes at 23°C & 50% relative humidity.

• Allow 24+ hours at 23°C prior to the application of floor coverings.
• Drying is dependent on thickness of application, temperature, air flow & relative humidity. Increased air flow will help with drying speeds in cooler temperatures.

Testing moisture content before applying floor coverings is recommended.
Note: Freshly applied LANKO® 145 Floor Leveller must be protected from damp, condesation and water while curing for at least 24 hours.

12 L = 4m² at 3mm 

• Mix the entire 20kg bag of LANKO® 145 Floor Leveller with 3.5 - 3.8 Litres of clean, cool water.
• Slowly add powder to the water while mixing thoroughly for 2 minutes to a lumpfree consistency.
• Not mixing for the recommended time or additional water may result in product irregularities and possible product failure.

Pour or Pump LANKO® 145 Floor Leveller, then spread with a long handled gauged spreader to heights as required. For touch-ups, use a flat steel trowel. If vinyls are being installed a skim coat of Sikafloor® Level Pro FInish(smoothing compound) may be required. Areas of application must have fresh airflow to assist with product hydration and drying. Closed off rooms with no fresh air will retard the curing process and possibly lead to product failure.
Second applications:

If required, a second coat may be applied as soon as the first coat is firm enough to walk on without causing excessive damage, approximately 2 hours @ 23°C but no later than 4 hours @ 23°C. This installation method is referred to as "wet-on-wet" and
higher temperatures/air flow will mean this "wet-on-wet" second application time window is reduced, therefore the second coat should always be applied as soon as possible.
Note: If the first application is allowed to dry past 4 hours at 23°C, re-priming & subsequent applications should be applied the next day - Normal drying times apply (24+ hours @ 23°C).

Cleaning of tools and equipment can be done with water prior to the product drying.
