Advanced mid-range water reducing admixture of high-volume supplementary cementious materials concrete

SikaPlast®-82 SCM Impact  is an advanced mid-range water reducer,based on an engineered blend of selected polymers, specifically designed for high slag or and fly ash content concrete mixtures. SikaPlast®-82 SCM Impact delivers soft concrete and long slump life with high cement replacement even at extremely low water/binder ratios.

Product characteristics and benefits: SikaPlast®-82 SCM (Supplementary Cementitious Materials) Impact is a new advanced mid-range water reducer, based on an engineered blend of selected polymers, specifically designed for high slag and/or fly ash concrete mixtures.

Compatibility

SikaPlast®-82 SCM Impact is compatible with all Sika concrete admixtures with the exception of Sikament® NN.
Consumption

Recommended dosage

Dosage rates will vary according to materials used, ambient conditions and the requirements of a specific project. Sika recommends dosage at 400–1000 ml/100 kg of total cementitious for general concrete applications. Dosage rates outside the recommended range may be used where
specialized materials such as microsilica are specified, extreme ambient conditions are encountered or unusual project conditions require special consideration. Optimum dosage should be determined by site trials.
