  • Maintains existing sales accounts and assists the department in forecasting and achieving the sales budget.
  • Open and develop new accounts and target markets in assigned territory through product presentations, seminars and trial mixes to clients.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by regular sales calls, providing the right products at the right time and quantity and by attending to customer inquiries/complaints/problems.
  • Conducts Monthly Business Reviews with Sika Prime Distributors and Weekly Check Point Meeting with Promo Reps.
  • Regularly do Retail Coverage to get market info, competition’s activities & promotions, ensures availability of Sika products aligned with marketing entry range and product core range.
  • Analyzes market information and prepares strategies, plans and sales forecasts.
  • Ensures that all accounts in her/his territory are secured with proper credit recommendations; gives price quotations according to the given range/limit.
  • Monitors the flow of sales operations in every customer – from sales ordering to delivery.
  • Takes charge of the collection of receivables and counter receipt of sales invoices and delivery receipts.
  • Responsible to monitor Sika products handled by distributors and customers to ensure efficient inventory management and proper storage of Sika products. 
  • Ensures that all operating standards are adheres at all times. Strictly complies with company policies, systems and procedures, work rules and regulations.
  • Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Graduate of B.S. Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Architecture or any four (4) year related course.

  • With at least three (3) to five (5) years of working experience in construction or distribution industry.

  • Experience working in a multinational company is an advantage.

  • Has experience working in Central Luzon and nearby areas.

  • Preferably with technical selling experience and driving skills (with valid professional driver’s license).

  • Possesses strong people skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Willing to do provincial assignments (Central Luzon)
