  • Identify and Develop Key Accounts: Research and identify potential key accounts within the concrete industry. Develop and implement strategies to cultivate strong relationships with these accounts.
  • Manage Account Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Build trust and rapport with key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting the needs of key accounts.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales plans to increase market share and revenue from key accounts. Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, provide support, and ensure alignment with overall sales objectives.
  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with functional support teams to identify and address customer needs.

Your expertise - Our strength

  • 10 years’ experience with Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or in related field;
  • 10 years sales experience with track record of successful sales in the construction or building materials for infrastructure/energy
  • Candidates with proven experience in working with PMU on infrastructure projects are strongly preferred.
  • Strong experience in building and maintaining relationships and contacts with key customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Technical sales skills with good analytical abilities.
  • Highly motivated, self-started team player individual.
  • Accept frequent travels across South area.

Sika Vietnam is looking Key Account Manager (KPM*/Concrete) - South to be responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing strategic relationships with key accounts within the Key Projects in Infrastructure/Energy and Concrete industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the concrete market and infrastructure, strong negotiation skills, and a customer-centric approach. This position will report directly to Concrete/KPM Sales Manager - South. 
*KPM: Key Project Management
