The Gold Coast Aquatic Centre (GCAC) designed by Cox Rayner Architects, is a new, multi-awarding winning,world-class swimming facility located in Southport’s Broadwater Parklands in Brisbane, QLD. The venu will proudly be hosting the swimming and diving events for the upcoming 2018 Commonwealth Games.

This outstanding, state-of-the-art facility boasts sixpools including a 50 metre 10-lane competition pool, animpressive dry land dive training facility, a fully equippedgym, an onsite café and multi-function meeting rooms. 

Sika's coloured solution

Working with trusted concrete suppliers, Hanson, Sika matched the supplied sample by combining two colours from within their range to provide a unique colouring solution for 1,400m3 worth of concrete which would be used in pathways, walkways, and areas surrounding the multiple pools.
