Sika USA is currently seeking a Human Resource Manager for our US Corporate Headquarters located in Lyndhurst, New Jersey.
 
Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, qualified leader will be responsible for providing a full range of human resources support and operational leadership to employees with a strong focus on developing and implementing best-in-class human resources programs. Recruiting, employee relations, benefits liaison, and performance management administration are key responsibilities for this role. Reporting on HR statistics such as headcount and compensation data for your responsible employee group via our HRIS system, Success Factors. 
 
Qualified leader will also develop organizational priorities, perform talent reviews and strategic talent acquisition planning identifying and implementing new ideas/trends to continuously improve the HR function in coordination with our company’s goals and culture. Responsibilities also include ensuring our existing HR programs and policies are consistently and fairly administered, comply with professional standards and meet local, state and federal regulatory requirements and laws.  Other special HR projects as needed including projects related to employee retention and engagement in line with our company culture and values.
 

Your expertise - Our strength

Qualified individual must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development or related. Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years of progressive human resources experience in all facets of human resources including at least 3 years’ experience in a management position with demonstrated ability to interact with senior leaders. Excellent PC skills including solid knowledge of at least one HRIS (preferable Successfactors), Microsoft Office and related. Must have exceptional leadership, interpersonal and project management skills. Also, the proven ability to identify key talents and excellent presentation skills are key. This position requires some travel.
