About the Role

Sika Ukraine invites a Sales Representative to work with TM Sika products manufactured by the Swiss concern Sika — a global leader in technologies and solutions for the construction and industrial sectors, including sealants, adhesives, protective coatings, and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Active sales: managing and developing an existing customer base
  • Analysis of customer needs: window and façade construction companies, insulated glass unit manufacturers, etc.
  • Delivering theoretical and practical presentations; promotion of company products (catalogues, leaflets, samples);
  • Conducting negotiations with clients on cooperation terms and concluding contracts
  • Providing technical support and overseeing product deliveries to customers
  • Maintaining reporting in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Work location: Kyiv, with business trips (mainly to central-western regions: Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Lutsk, Lviv, etc.).

Your Skills and Experience

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong skills in business negotiations and presentations
  • Good communication skills
  • High level of responsibility and discipline
  • Goal-oriented, persistent, and results-driven
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales is preferred
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree; technical background is a plus
  • English level: Intermediate
  • Valid Category B driving license
