Purpose of the Role

TM roofing is on a journey of growth, with an ambitious 5-year plan. This role is pivotal in shaping the customer’s experience to facilitate that growth ambition. The role will drive the increasing use of digital platforms and processes for both internal and external stakeholders. Striving for continuous improvement throughout all touch points with the customer, TM roofing and the wider Sika business.

What’s In it for You?

The Opportunity: 

  • Drive successful use of SFDC within TM Roofing – Be responsible for onboarding members of the sales team, monitoring performance and improving processes.
  • Drive successful use of customer facing platforms including onboarding and increasing sales utilising E-Shop and Sika Knowledge Centre.
  • Drive successful use of specification selling tools/platforms within TM Roofing – Including onboarding, monitoring, and reporting on several platforms used such as NBS Source/Chorus and Glenigan.
  • Utilise your skills and experience to drive positive customer experience by developing a strategic vision and action, driving customer feedback mechanisms, and improving the overall customer experience.
  • Vertical Market integration - take the lead on monitoring performance on various sectors that we operate in (such as supermarkets) utilising your skills with salesforce.com.

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role with a business / marketing degree. CX qualification beneficial but not essential.
  • Experienced in using sales/marketing platforms and tracking performance KPI’s.
  • Experience in Salesforce.com or similar platform essential.
  • IT Literate (Microsoft tools).
  • Sound market and industry knowledge in roofing/construction would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Good prioritisation and time management skills.
  • Good Communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Good analytic / data mining skills.
  • Good reporting skills.
  • Ability to work with all levels of personnel in the UK, Europe and Rest of World, good interpersonal skills.
